  • Orders under £50 incur £6.95 delivery charge

  • Order by 3pm for next working day delivery (Monday – Friday)
  • Orders placed after 3pm on Friday are delivered the following Tuesday

  • Mainland UK delivery only

  • Different charges will apply for Northern Ireland, UK Highlands & Islands

If your order was due to be delivered on a bank holiday – then this will be delivered the following working day.

UK Highlands / Islands Delivery

  • Home delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and remote areas of the UK are subject to different delivery charges

  • All orders incur a charge of £16.95 per order

  • Next day delivery cannot be guaranteed and you should allow 2-3 days for your order to arrive.

Tracking your order

  • All our orders are delivered by FedEx

  • You will be notified by the courier when your goods are on their way to you.

  • You can redirect / re-schedule your parcel with ease by logging onto www.fedex.com to change the delivery instructions once you have been sent your unique reference number

  • Deliveries take place between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday

We can deliver to any part of the United Kingdom. At this stage we are not able to deliver to locations outside of the UK, including the Republic of Ireland or mainland Europe.

Each order made will be charged separately. You will be unable to order out of stock items and we will only despatch items that are in stock. You will not be charged for anything you order but subsequently don’t send to you.
